A Developer Built On Paperwork Done Right

CPA Infratech was founded on a simple premise: land buyers in the NCR region deserve total clarity — on title, on approvals, and on what they’re actually purchasing. Too many buyers have been burned by unclear ownership records and unapproved layouts.

CPA Infratech Pvt. Ltd. was founded by Prashant Sherawat and Ankur Gupta, Two visionary leaders in Infrastructure & Housing Development.

We specialize in GDA-approved residential and commercial plot developments, starting with our flagship project, Ashok Enclave in Madhuban Bapudham, Duhai — a gated, master-planned community along one of Ghaziabad’s fastest-growing corridors. Our approach centres on helping buyers navigate real estate opportunities with greater clarity and confidence, keeping transparency and trust at the heart of every interaction.
